Weight is just a number! You can certainly check out your weight once in a while to assess whether it is within a healthy range✅, but don't make it an obsession. Our weight fluctuates all the time!
Also, being light doesn't necessarily equate to being healthy. One could be "skinny fat" - appearing slim but still have excess fat around the organs or high cholesterol thus an increased risk of cardio-metabolic diseases. Focus on a healthy lifestyle: eat well & stay active
